Fleetguard AS2474 Fuel Filter

AS2474 is a high-performance fuel filter with integrated fuel-water separation function under Fleetguard, specially designed for heavy-duty diesel engines. With overall dimensions of Φ102×235mm and standardized M20×1.5 threaded interface, it features easy installation and strong adaptability, and can be directly matched with mainstream models such as Cummins ISDe and Dongfeng Kinland.

Its core filtration performance is outstanding. The 7μm high-precision filtration can efficiently capture tiny impurities in fuel with a filtration efficiency of ≥99.2%, which can effectively protect precision components such as fuel injectors and oil pumps, avoid wear and blockage, and ensure stable operation of the fuel system.

The product has excellent working condition adaptability, withstanding a wide temperature range of -30℃~125℃ and working pressure ≤8bar, suitable for harsh environments such as severe cold and extreme heat. Combined with the long-life design of high-quality filter media, it greatly reduces equipment maintenance frequency and comprehensive costs.

Advantages of  AS2474  Fuel Filter

  • The AS2474 filter has a filtration precision of up to 7μm and a filtration efficiency of ≥99.2%, which can accurately capture tiny impurities, colloidal particles and free water in the fuel. This performance can prevent impurities from invading precision components such as fuel injectors and oil pumps from the source, avoid blockage and wear, and ensure the cleanliness and smoothness of the fuel system.

  • The product can withstand a wide temperature range of -30℃~125℃ and support a working pressure of ≤8bar. Whether it is cold start in severe cold areas or long-term high-load operation in high-temperature environments, it can stably exert filtration performance, adapting to the diverse working conditions of heavy-duty commercial vehicles and engineering machinery.

  • Adopting the standardized M20×1.5 threaded interface, it can directly match mainstream diesel engine models such as Cummins ISDe and Dongfeng Kinland without additional modification.
