Fleetguard FF422258PMX is a premium spin-on fuel fine filter element, professionally developed for high-pressure common rail systems of Cummins ISD4.5/6.7, Dongfeng Kinland heavy trucks, and Shantui bulldozers diesel engines.

It uses Fleetguard’s NanoNet® composite filter media, realizing 99.5% filtration efficiency at 5 microns, which can capture ultra-fine particles and water droplets in diesel fuel, reliably safeguarding fuel injectors, high-pressure pumps, and other precision components against wear and blockage, and ensuring stable engine operation even under poor fuel quality and harsh working conditions.

Key specifications: 98mm outer diameter, 185mm height, M22×1.5 thread, and 90×80mm sealing ring, perfectly matching the original filter housing. It is equipped with a water-in-fuel (WIF) sensor interface and a bypass valve, supporting tool-free replacement, and maintaining stable performance within the temperature range of -30°C to 120°C.
