Fleetguard FS01006 00MX Oil-Water Separator

The FS01006 00MX Oil-Water Separator is a high-performance spin-on filter engineered for diesel fuel systems, a core component for precision filtration in heavy-duty engines. It adopts advanced Strata Pore filtration media and ISB filter technology, with a 10-micron rating to capture fine particulate impurities while achieving efficient oil-water separation. Its overall height is 314.2mm, thread size 1 1/4-12UNS-2B, matching the installation dimensions of mainstream heavy-duty engine models for easy replacement.

It is specially designed for Cummins K1800E/K2000E/K38/K50/QSK23/QSK45 and other large diesel engines, also applicable to Atlas Copco, Belaz and Komatsu engineering machinery power systems. The integrated spin-on drain valve at the bottom optimizes the water discharge operation, eliminating the need for complex disassembly and reducing the difficulty of daily maintenance. The product is made of high-strength materials, able to withstand the harsh working environment of engineering machinery and ensure stable operation under high pressure and high temperature conditions.

With excellent separation efficiency, it can remove over 98% of free water and 95% of emulsified water from diesel fuel, effectively preventing water and impurities from eroding the fuel injection system. It reduces the growth of bacteria in the fuel system, prolongs the service life of fuel injectors and high-pressure common rail components, and provides reliable protection for the stable operation of the engine.
