The FS36267B 00MX is a high-performance oil-water separator engineered by Fleetguard, dedicated to diesel engine fuel system protection for heavy-duty trucks, commercial vehicles and construction machinery. Adopting professional Stratapore filter paper and deep filtration media, it achieves precise oil-water separation and impurity removal, effectively purifying fuel and ensuring stable engine operation. It is a perfect original replacement part with standardized size and easy assembly, fully matching Cummins series engines and mainstream commercial vehicle platforms.

Equipped with an integrated transparent water collection cup, the product allows real-time observation of separated water volume, facilitating timely drainage and maintaining optimal working efficiency at all times. The built-in 200W PTC heater automatically adjusts heat output according to fuel temperature, preventing fuel waxing in low-temperature environments and greatly improving the cold start performance of engines in harsh working conditions.

The oil-water separator features a durable polymer water cup and high-seal gasket, with strong corrosion resistance against water, alcohol and mixed fuel additives. It has passed strict quality testing and obtained ISO 9001/TS 16949 certification, with a filtration efficiency of up to 97% and stable performance during long-term use, effectively reducing the failure rate of the fuel system.

  • User-Friendly Design & Easy Maintenance : The transparent polymer water collection cup enables visual water level monitoring, eliminating blind drainage and fuel waste. The cup and drain valve are reusable, only the spin-on filter cartridge needs to be replaced during maintenance, which shortens the maintenance time and reduces the overall use cost of customers.
