Fleetguard FS1000 Oil-Water Separator

Fleetguard FS1000 is a high-performance spin-on Oil-Water Separator developed by Cummins Filtration, specially designed for diesel fuel systems of heavy-duty engines. Adopting premium Strata Pore filter media, it efficiently removes solid particulates and free/emulsified water from fuel, delivering ultra-clean fuel to engine components and effectively extending the service life of fuel injection systems.

This separator features precise dimensional design with an outer diameter of 93.22mm and an overall height of 249.07mm, paired with 1-14 UNS-2B threaded port. Its compact spin-on structure perfectly fits limited mounting spaces, enabling tool-free quick installation and replacement, and is fully compatible with mainstream heavy-duty engine models like Cummins select and Quantum 19L.

Compliant with SAE J1985 industry standards, FS1000 undergoes rigorous factory testing for stable performance. As an upgraded version of FS1212, it is widely applied in commercial vehicles, engineering machinery and marine equipment, providing reliable filtration protection for diesel fuel systems under various complex working conditions.
